Villa Anastasia has a living area of 195m² and is spread over two floors. On the first floor there are three spacious bedrooms for six people, while the guest room is on the ground floor and offers accommodation for one person. The maximum number of guests is 7. Each bedroom has access to its own bathroom with shower. The master bedroom also has access to a bathroom with a freestanding bath and double sinks. The entire villa is designed to make you feel comfortable and have everything for a carefree stay.
The villa has a kitchen, dining room and living room. This entire space is open, therefore it offers airiness and elegance. Prepare delicious delicacies, enjoy the tastes and scents of the Mediterranean. The villa is air-conditioned and offers parking spaces. Advance payment policy:
30% of total amount booked, is a non-refundable deposit to be paid at time of confirmation
50% of total amount booked as deposit to be paid within 44 days from date of arrival
Balance to be settled within 21 days before arrival
In case of short-term bookings, the full amount of the booking will be charged.
Cancellation policy:
In case of cancellation from time of booking until 45 days before arrival only the non-refundable deposit of 30% will be kept as penalty
From 44 days before arrival to 29 days before arrival, 50% of the total amount booked will be kept as penalty, remaining part will be reimbursed
From 28 days before arrival to 22 days before arrival, 75% of the total amount booked will be kept as penalty, remaining part will be reimbursed
From 21 to day of arrival: 100% of the total amount booked will be kept as penalty
