On the first floor there are three spacious bedrooms for six people with large double beds, while the guest room is on the ground floor and offers accommodation for one person. The maximum number of guests is 7. Each of them has its own airy en-suite bathroom that will enchant you with its walk-in shower. The entire area of the villa is equipped with all necessities and household appliances. It is also air-conditioned and has available parking spaces.
In the open part of the villa there is a kitchen with a dining room and a living room. The kitchen is equipped with the most modern appliances for a carefree stay. Enjoy the elegance and airiness that exudes in every corner.

Payment & Cancellation Policy
Advance payment policy:
30% of total amount booked, is a non-refundable deposit to be paid at time of confirmation
50% of total amount booked as deposit to be paid within 44 days from date of arrival
Balance to be settled within 21 days before arrival
In case of short-term bookings, the full amount of the booking will be charged.
Cancellation policy:
In case of cancellation from time of booking until 45 days before arrival only the non-refundable deposit of 30% will be kept as penalty
From 44 days before arrival to 29 days before arrival, 50% of the total amount booked will be kept as penalty, remaining part will be reimbursed
From 28 days before arrival to 22 days before arrival, 75% of the total amount booked will be kept as penalty, remaining part will be reimbursed
From 21 to day of arrival: 100% of the total amount booked will be kept as penalty
