Villa Helena covers 195m² of living space and is spread over two floors. On the first floor there are three spacious bedrooms for six people, while the guest room is on the ground floor and provides accommodation for one person. The maximum number of guests is 7. The bedrooms are equipped to the smallest detail, everything for your carefree vacation. Each of them has access to its own bathroom with a walk-in shower, while the master bedroom bathroom has a freestanding bath and modern double vanities. You also have a TV at your disposal, so it's up to you to enjoy yourself.
In the open space of the villa there is a kitchen, dining room and living room. Prepare the most delicious delicacies and enjoy with your loved ones. Elegance and luxury permeate the entire space of the villa. The villa is also air-conditioned and offers parking spaces, so you don't have to worry. The good news is that it is pet friendly, so this time your pet can go on vacation with you.
What will surely delight you is the sauna, indoor pool and gym. If you are a fan of active vacations, we have e-bikes for you. Spend the day in one of the activities or use it for relaxation and enjoyment.
Outside of the villa, you will be delighted by the greenery, the scent of lavender and other Mediterranean herbs. This huge outdoor space covers 600m2. Really magical. Spend the day sunbathing on the sun loungers and cool off in the private pool. In the evening, prepare a barbecue and enjoy the wonderful view of the sea and the sunset.

Payment & Cancellation Policy
Advance payment policy:
30% of total amount booked, is a non-refundable deposit to be paid at time of confirmation
50% of total amount booked as deposit to be paid within 44 days from date of arrival
Balance to be settled within 21 days before arrival
In case of short-term bookings, the full amount of the booking will be charged.
Cancellation policy:
In case of cancellation from time of booking until 45 days before arrival only the non-refundable deposit of 30% will be kept as penalty
From 44 days before arrival to 29 days before arrival, 50% of the total amount booked will be kept as penalty, remaining part will be reimbursed
From 28 days before arrival to 22 days before arrival, 75% of the total amount booked will be kept as penalty, remaining part will be reimbursed
From 21 to day of arrival: 100% of the total amount booked will be kept as penalty
