Villa Zara occupies 195m² of living space divided into two floors. On the first floor there are three spacious bedrooms for six people, while the guest room is on the ground floor and provides accommodation for one person.
The maximum number of guests is 7. Each of the rooms offers access to the terrace, so don't miss the enchanting views of the most beautiful sunset in the world. The bedrooms are equipped with the most modern equipment for a carefree stay. Each of the 4 rooms has an en-suite bathroom with all the necessary amenities.
The villa has a kitchen, dining room and living room. The entire space is designed to make you feel comfortable and cosy. It is air-conditioned and also has parking. Wood, stone and light tones created a perfect oasis for rest and pleasure. Feel the charms of the Mediterranean in the right way.
The villa also has a sauna, an indoor pool and a gym. Choose something to your taste and enjoy. In addition, the villa is pet friendly, so you won’t need to leave your furry friend behind.
The exterior of the villa, full of greenery, Mediterranean plants and luxury, extends over an unimaginable 600m2. Feel the real Dalmatian atmosphere, fresh and clean air, the scent of Mediterranean herbs while you are warmed by the sun and enjoy the beautiful view of the sea. There is also a private pool of 40m2 with a heating option that you can enjoy at any time. Rest your mind and body in Mediterranean style. Prepare a barbecue with delicious Dalmatian delicacies with a glass of good wine. If you are a fan of active vacations, we have e-bikes for you.

Payment & Cancellation Policy
Advance payment policy:
30% of total amount booked, is a non-refundable deposit to be paid at time of confirmation
50% of total amount booked as deposit to be paid within 44 days from date of arrival
Balance to be settled within 21 days before arrival
In case of short-term bookings, the full amount of the booking will be charged.
Cancellation policy:
In case of cancellation from time of booking until 45 days before arrival only the non-refundable deposit of 30% will be kept as penalty
From 44 days before arrival to 29 days before arrival, 50% of the total amount booked will be kept as penalty, remaining part will be reimbursed
From 28 days before arrival to 22 days before arrival, 75% of the total amount booked will be kept as penalty, remaining part will be reimbursed
From 21 to day of arrival: 100% of the total amount booked will be kept as penalty
