The villa's interior is simple and elegant, with all rooms comfortably furnished. A bright and cosy kitchen with a living room is the central gathering place of the villa. The living area is connected to the terrace with a breathtaking view.

„ Villa Ilovica is a fantastic choice for a comfortable and enjoyable vacation. With a great pool and a large dining area it offers a perfect setting for relaxation. The owners offer a warm welcome and care for their guests with helpfulness and hospitality. The house is very well equipped and maintained. The island offers isolation from the hustle of tourism, but offers enough opportunities to shop for food and for dining. The water can be accessed from a bathing platform below the house and the small harbor offers the opportunity to dock a boat“

This place is a perfect destination for a calm and relaxing stay, highly recommended. · There is a lot of things to love in this place: - The property is clean, spacious and comfortable. Well-equipped and maintained, - Stunning location and breathtaking views, only two minutes walk to the seafront, - The lovely pool where you can unwind and keep your kids entertained, - The Owners who take care of you from the moment you make the reservation until you leave the Island!
Payment & Cancellation Policy
Payment conditions
- Upon confirmation: 30% of the total amount is due (non-refundable)
- 70% of the remaining amount 45 days before arrival
- Where the Booking is made less than 45 days before arrival: Rental fee shall be payable in full
Cancellation conditions
If travel conditions are normal as usual, the following cancellation policy applies:
- There is no free cancellation.
- You will be charged 100% of the total price if you cancel in the 45 days before arrival.
- If you don’t show up you will be charged the total price of the reservation.
Security Deposit
- Refundable safety deposit of 500,00 € is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
- Minimum stay: 5 nights
