This wonderful Adriatic retreat boasts 120 m2 of living space and is situated on a plot of 440 m2. The villa has 2 spacious bedrooms and 2 luxurious bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living room with a sea view. The modern interior, furnished with top-quality materials and equipment, creates a pleasant ambiance. The optimal number of guests is 4, with a maximum of 6. The entire villa is air-conditioned and has secured parking spaces.

Stepping outside the villa, enjoy the spectacular panoramic view of the sea and mountains. The blue Adriatic Sea on one side and the Velebit mountain range on the other.
