It is located below the old village of Lukovo Šugarje, which has about 60 inhabitants. Idyllic nature like paradise, fresh air and tranquility are the perfect combination for an annual vacation. Are you interested in more about the villa? Let's start in order!

The villa is 150 m2. It has 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms on the first floor and a living room and another 1 bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor. One of the biggest delights of the villa is the large, luxuriously equipped kitchen with a dining table and an open wood-burning fireplace. It will enchant you in every thought. We advise you to prepare top Croatian specialties for a complete experience and pleasure. Each room in the house is equipped with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, air conditioning, underfloor heating and Wi-Fi signal throughout the building. For our younger guests we also have a PlayStation 4 Console for some indoor fun.

In the beautiful garden, among the plants, there is also a swimming pool with fresh water (for the renovation we use the latest electrolyte technology instead of chlorine). On your terrace you can enjoy the living room, deckchairs and open shower. With a magical view of the sea and the sunset, forget about all your worries and problems.
