The estate La Villa Dubrovnik extends over an unimaginable 1400m2. Mediterranean plants, palm trees and cypresses. Fragrances that will delight you, true Dalmatia. The living area of the villa is 300m2 and has two floors; ground floor and first floor. It has 6 double rooms and 5 bathrooms and can accommodate 12 guests.

On the ground floor of the villa, there is a beautiful kitchen with an island in the middle, then a dining room for 12 people as an ideal place to spend time with your loved ones. Beautiful, elegant rooms in golden tones exude luxury. Decorated to the smallest detail so that every guest feels comfortable and like in a dream. On the upper floor there is a living room and two master bedrooms with a king-size bed, a private bathroom with a bathtub and a shower, a walk-in closet and a small balcony. Everything for complete pleasure and rest. Exiting the living room opens onto a perfectly designed covered terrace equipped with seating furniture with an irresistible view of the crystal-clear Adriatic Sea. The perfect corner for drinking the first morning coffee.

In the annex of the villa on the side of the house, there is a sixth accommodation unit, which includes a bedroom with two separate beds that can be converted into a double bed, a bathroom with a bathtub and a shower. The villa is fully equipped, with all the most modern household appliances and aids for a carefree stay. It is fully air-conditioned and heated, has wireless internet, satellite TV, safe, smoke detectors, 4 parking spaces and more.

In the outer green part of the villa, you have a private pool. Refresh and soak up the sun every day with the most beautiful view of the sea and islands.
