Payment & Cancellation Policy
Payment Policy
- 30% deposit payment is non refundable if the guest makes the cancellation after making the payment or anytime until arrival date
- Balance payment is non refundable if the reservation is cancelled within 60 days prior to arrival
- Where the booking is made less than 60 days before arrival rental fee shall be payable in full
- Depending on accommodation unit owner, balance payment can be partially or fully refundable in some cases. This will be stated in your contract
Security Deposit
Additional information
- The damage deposit IN THE AMOUNT OF 1,000,00 EUR needs to be paid in cash on arrival to Villa manager
- The damage deposit covers any potential damages or breakages that may occur during the rental period. Upon check-out, the property's condition will be thoroughly inspected by the owner's representative, and the security deposit will be returned to the lessee in full, provided there are no damages or breakages. If the villa sustains any damage or breakages during the rental period, both inside and outside, the cost of repair or replacement will be deducted from the security deposit.

- Chef service is included for one meal per day (cost of purchased groceries not included)
- Daily housekeeping service is provided from 08h-13h
- Pre-stocking service up to 150 Eur (guest is paying receipt with cash upon check-in)
- Transfer Split Airport to Villa and back (one transfer per direction)
- Additional stocking service and delivery of groceries:
Receipts up to 100 Eur is charged a fixed amount of 25 Eur
Receipts above 100 Eur is charged 25% of the total receipt amount - Laundry washing - 15 Eur (per load)
