VILLA ROCK

The villa covers an area of 150 m2. It is spacious, elegant and comfortable. There are 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a living room on the first floor and another 1 bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor. It is decorated in beautiful soft tones and decorated to the smallest detail. Pure luxury and pleasure. The highlight of the villa is a luxurious kitchen with a dining room and a magnificent wood-burning fireplace. Truly spectacular and the reason for the delight of our guests.

Each room in the house is equipped with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, air conditioning, underfloor heating and Wi-Fi signal throughout the building. The villa is also equipped with entertainment content for the youngest, so we have a PlayStation 4 console for fun and enjoyment. We are also ready for our youngest guests with cots, highchairs and more.

Going outside the villa, you can enjoy the garden terrace with a freshwater pool (we use the latest electrolyte technology instead of chlorine for renovation). Soak up the sun's rays on comfortable sun loungers and enjoy the magnificent view.

In your free time, explore the beautiful nature and magnificent environment, wonderful, secluded coves and beaches. The untouched nature near the Velebit mountain massif is something wonderful. Explore Lika, the interesting culture and way of life of the local people.
